  • Avoid products with high sugar content and, of course, refined sugar must be avoided at all costs.
  • Eat 4 times a day that your body will never feel hungry.
  • Never skip meals, even if you don’t feel hungry (just reduce portion size).
  • It is desirable to plan your meal at 4 hour intervals.
  • Chew the food well.
  • Never drink with food.
  • Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
  • From protein products you can use poultry, fish, seafood, eggs, beans, tofu, nuts.
